1. Eligibility
1.1 This promotional offer is available to residents of Australia only.
1.2 Individuals must be aged 18 years or over to participate.

2. Promotional Period
2.1 The $75 voucher promotion commences at 9:00am (ACST) on 27 June 2025 and ends at 11:59pm (ACST) on 29 August 2025.
2.2 Voucher registration and redemptions must be completed during this period.
2.3 Valid stay dates are from 1 July 2025 to 31 August 2025. No extensions will be granted beyond this period.

3. Voucher Use & Booking
3.1 All accommodation redemptions are subject to availability at participating hotels.
3.2 Block-out dates apply, including but not limited to public holiday weekends, special events (as determined by individual hotels or 1834 Hospitality/Aus & SA Weekend Escapes), and other restricted periods.
3.3 Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash and are not exchangeable for other services or experiences.
3.4 Vouchers are valid only for bookings made directly via the participating hotel’s website using the nominated booking link. Vouchers are not valid for bookings made via third-party websites, existing bookings, corporate, group, or government bookings.
3.5 Additional travellers may be accommodated on request, subject to availability and applicable surcharges.
3.6 A valid credit card may be required to confirm the booking and may be used for a pre-authorisation or security bond at check-in, in line with the hotel’s policies.
3.7 Vouchers may be transferred to another individual but must not be resold.

4. How to Redeem
4.1 To redeem a voucher, individuals must complete the offer registration form at https://www.ausweekendescapes.com.au/travel-voucher-winter-2025 , providing full name, postcode, and email address. One registration per person.
4.2 This is a limited-time promotional offer and not a game of chance, contest, or competition. No purchase is necessary to receive a voucher, however quantities are limited and redemption is not guaranteed.

5. Privacy
5.1 Personal information provided during the offer registration process will be collected and stored by 1834 Hospitality and AUS Weekend Escapes for the purposes of administering the promotion and related marketing communications.
5.2 Information will not be shared with third parties unless required for delivery of the promotional offer or as required by law.
5.3 Participants may contact [email protected] to access or update their personal information, or to raise a privacy concern. All enquiries will be handled in accordance with Australian Privacy Principles and responded to within 30 days.

6. General Conditions
6.1 Insurance, including travel or health insurance, is not included. All liability and risk associated with the use of the voucher and travel arrangements is accepted by the recipient.
6.2 Participating hotels may require valid photo ID to verify age and identity upon check-in.
6.3 The hotel and/or Promoter reserve the right to refuse redemption in cases of suspected fraud, breach of terms, or misuse.
6.4 The Promoter makes no warranties regarding the suitability or quality of services offered. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter accepts no liability for loss, injury, or damage arising in connection with the redemption of this promotional offer.
