A weekend away isn’t complete without a little retail therapy and a chance to treat yourself so have a meander along to Rundle Mall where you will find some of the large well known retailers but also some smaller independent boutiques to browse through to the sound of buskers playing their music and adding to the vibrant scene.

Saturday Afternoon in Adelaide
Before returning to the hotel, something you must do to complete your romantic retreat is to head along to the Adelaide Oval just before sunset and take part in the Twightlight Roofclimb. Watch the sky light up with magical hues right before your eyes and be amazed by the beauty of the city from the rooftop. It is truly a magical experience and one not to be missed.
Finally its time to head back to the hotel for a rest and freshen up before heading out to dinner in one of the many restaurants whereby you can warm yourself up in front of a roaring fire and enjoy a glass of wine or two with a tasty meal.

Sunday Morning in Adelaide
On Sunday morning, if you are feeling energetic and the weather is good, then take a couple of hire bikes with Spinway and cycle along the Linear Park Trail all the way to West Beach. The trip will take you about 45 minutes and on the way you will able to enjoy the lovely scenery and abundant birdlife. Once there you will discover fine white sands that stretch out before you contrasting with clear blue seas that can be appreciated at anytime of year. Head south from West Beach and cycle onto Glenelg Beach where there are charming picnic areas to rest up and relax or choose one of the numerous cafes for a spot of lunch and a coffee.
