Day 1: Exploring Berri
Spend an hour or two exploring the town of Berri. Take the Berri Historic Riverfront Walk and find the many historic sites of interest in the town. An Aboriginal Mural and a monument marking a spot where Captain Charles Sturt passed way back in 1830 can both be found on your way.
Find the water tower lookout and head up to gaze down upon the beautiful Riverland from 16 metres in the air. Drop into River Jacks Cafe to get your coffee fix and opt for a slice of homemade cake. Sit upon the cafe’s waterside deck and relax in the sun as you take in the stunning riverside views.
Day 1: A night at Big River Golf and Country Club
