How do I get my voucher?
Complete the entry form, the voucher will be automatically emailed to you. It may take up to 30 minutes to arrive .Please also check your JUNK folders.
Where do I use my voucher code?
Once you receive your voucher. Choose a hotel from the available list in the voucher confirmation. Enter search dates in the booking engine, you can then enter your voucher code in the “promo code” box – this will apply the discount to the total stay of your reservation search.
You can also use the code directly on each hotels own website booking engine.
Can I use my voucher code more than once?
Yes, you can make multiple bookings with the same voucher codes.
How do I change/cancel my booking?
Contact the hotel directly to discuss any booking changes and cancellations.
I didn’t receive a voucher.
Please ensure you check your JUNK folder. Please try entering your email again in case you made a mistake at time of entering. If you did not receive a voucher, please contact the hotel you wish to stay at they will assist you.

Can I sell my voucher?
Your voucher cannot be sold or auctioned to anyone or any third-party website.
Do I need to bring a printed version of the voucher with me to the hotel?
No, this is not required. We will also send you a booking confirmation that will contain all of your booking details.
Who can I talk to about my voucher ?
Email or call any of the included hotels if you have any questions about your travel voucher. They are able to assist with all your questions.
